In this set of charts Tim Knight may make your stomach growl, but he also gives food for thought about how free enterprise works in the United States. depositphotos It’s funny how one gets used to seeing a given franchise so often they figure it’s national. In California, for instance, In-N-Out Burgers are everywhere, but in most of the U.S., no one would have ever heard of it.  There are plenty of examples like this.
