I Know First wrote an article about on October 7th, 2015, in accordance to the algorithmic signal. The article claimed that Visa had a bullish signal because the company is currently working itself into mobile payments which are meant to increase revenue. The credit card company, in general, was supposed to receive a major boost. In 2015, Visa had set record-highs with a 20% return.
One of the strengths Visa had in 2015 was that, unlike a lot of companies, it didn’t suffer from the problems with the global economy. This was because the vast majority of the world will still use a credit card regardless of how poor the economy is. There was an increase of the volume of growth in every region of the world, particularly in Latin America. Overall payment transactions increased by 9 billion from the year to 89 billion in 2015.
Visa has a lot of opportunity for more growth this year. The company is working to set up operations in China, which is a surefire way to produce revenue. Mobile pay is expected to become more mainstream, which will help as well. Gas prices will also be incorporated into the year by year comparison.
